Since it has been so cold and snowy the last week mom and I haven’t been going anywhere new so I wanted to post a couple of pictures of me to remind you how pretty I am (as if you need reminding!). These two photos are of me on different days on the way to see Granmama. Enjoy them and since it’s going to be a sunny weekend, I am quite sure I will have some new adventure to tell you about next week. Enjoy your weekend!
The weather man says to expect 3-8 inches of snow tonight. I know it is nothing compared to what Boston has gone through this winter but this will be our 3rd snow-storm this year and mom says this is more snow than we’ve had for years! Enough already!!!

Well, folks, I have decided that I don’t like snow.
What is this awful stuff?
I am glad mom doesn’t live any further north than we do – she told me to stop whining about our snow (3-4 inches) when the poor folks up north had 100 inches! I can’t even imagine that much snow! The morning after it stopped snowing the temperature was really cold so an ice layer formed on top of the snow.
First I tried going over to my usual spot.
When mom put me outside to do my personal business I just walked around in circles just to find a place to go! It was terrible!
Then I tried going to my 2nd favorite spot. Too icy.

Toby came out for a little while but he just stayed near the house where there was no snow.
No fair! How come he gets to walk on the ground and I don’t?
He is such a wimp!

Finally after walking around and around I finally just went on the icy snow – none too comfortable with that I must say!
There’s so much snow and it’s so c-c-c-cold!
Then it took forever for me to find get back to the house.
Almost th-th-th-there! C-c-can I g-g-go in n-n-now?
And did mom come out to help me? No! She said she was afraid of falling so I had to do it myself.
Finally! I made it! Where’s the heat?
But I am a pitbull inside so I managed.         I can’t wait until spring.

Well, folks, it’s quite a week of reminiscing about the Pet Expo. It was great fun and I’m sure mom and I will go next year. I asked her to post some random photos we took of the day. I will add my comments as we go along. So, what grand adventures are next for me? 1. I get to go to work with mom tomorrow. 2. April 4, photos with the Easter Bunny! (mom is already dreaming up a bunny costume to make for me – I’m just a little scared!)

April 26, Tidewater Tides (baseball) Bark in the Park – I get to go watch a baseball game! 
I hope its’ warm by then. I am tired of having to walk around on snow and ice to do my business (those photos will be in a separate post)! Â Enjoy the photos and I’ll see you next time!

baby iguanas – mom told me she used to have one for a couple of years. But he died while a hurricane was hitting the area so she wasn’t able to get him to the emergency vet in time.

This is a repeat photo, but I wanted to remind you of my costume!
So these two radio stations sponsored a talent contest and a fashion contest at the Expo. 
Mom got photos of the talent show but by the time it was my turn to go up on stage, the battery was worn out so Granmama wasn’t able to take any photos! Real Bummer!

I do have 2 getting ready photos to share and some after the show at home. I liked my pretty coat but not the wings. They were annoying.
When will I get to go on stage?
The pet that won was a bird in a tuxedo. As if! Second place was won by a cat in a batman costume. Boo! Third was 2 dogs dressed up really cute. At least a couple of dogs came in third place. I came in fourth, or maybe fifth, I don’t remember. Oh, well. Maybe next time! The audience got to vote by cheering. It is obvious they had no taste!
The talent was pretty good, the winner of that contest was a schnauzer. He was really good. He had his human trained really well.
