Distant Cousin Selfies

I asked mom to help me with a selfie this morning but she refused saying she didn’t feel like it. So, instead, I’m featuring selfies from my distant cousins who are waiting for us over the Bridge. Besides, aren’t you getting tired of looking at me?  MOL!  Purrs, Toby

myrddin

This is Myrddin, its Welsh for Merlin. He was with mom in the early  1980s.

  1. I am glad we still got to see you Toby, I would never get sick of you- neither would Penny. Myrddin and my KaChoo looked a lot alike. All of these kitties were beautiful.

  3. Mom found this on: http://www.first-names-meanings.com
Nimue is a secretive, internalized and determined woman who advances in life slowly but very surely. Cerebral and intellectual, she tends to think and analyse things a lot. Because she is of a somewhat anxious nature, she is inclined to pose both big and small existential questions… Her motto might be “I think, therefore I am.”
Toby, we definitely enjoyed meeting your angel cousins. Our Mom is sending lots of hugs to Mom Sabine.

    • Wow! Thanks for looking that up for us. Mom has long believed that the cats who come into human lives reflect a portion of who they are at that time of their lives. In other purrs, mom said when Myrddin and Nimue came to her she was going through a difficult emotional time and she was asking a lot of ‘why am I here’ questions and experienced frequent anxiety attacks. Nimue herself was not a cuddly cat like her brother. She was standoffish and anxious. Hmm. Makes you think. You humans have a bigger connection to felines than you think!!
