Simon here, I’m sharing with you today our special art created for Earth Day and a good-bye as well. (oh, BTW, BobbieSue and MerryBelle are frequently seen together although mom still can’t get anywhere near her!!)
We say good-bye to Paris of The Blessing of Animal Companions. A beautiful senior dog who died unexpectedly but after a wonderful last day. Please go to the link HERE to read more about Paris and if you would like to share condolences. Paris, we will miss you and prayers and purrs to your family, both human and fur.

That is so sad about Paris. Tara had a splenic mass, very unusual for cats, and luckily it never burst.

I love your special Earth Day art! Excellent post! I am very sorry to see another beloved pet has gone to the Bridge. I am glad your new addition is at least making a friend. My feral won’t let us near him and my cats are not very friendly to him despite his efforts to make friends.XO

Toby and Simon ignore her completely but she and BobbieSue are doing sort of a getting to know each other dance. BobbieSue was really close to Piper and I think she misses the companionship. Also she’s young and so is MerryBelle! But of course she won’t even look at me without running – and if she realizes I’m looking at her she runs away. I’m sure Brody will fit in eventually. We humans are just so impatient!
